Ok, the Cookie Monster get-up might be my (Randy's) favorite outfit of Halley's. I know it probably doesn't qualify as an outfit, but, come on, how cute is that?

No matter what Becky says, Halley in the towel is a spittin' image of baby Becky! And she's even cuter in person :)
